IN AN AGE OF OVERWHELM AND FRAGMENTATION
This course makes sure that refuge reaches the wound.
Over twelve weeks
From foundations, to compassion, to tantra.
You’ll move through the classical Tibetan Buddhist path, safeguarded by Carl Jung’s depth psychology and a trauma-informed approach. The teachings stay authentic. Jung helps us see, and transform, the places where the psyche remains stuck.
You will learn to
Practice that holds you, instead of the other way round.

INTRO TALK
Why Jung belongs on Tibetan Path
What makes this course different
Traditional at its core.
Classical Tibetan Buddhist views and practices, taught as they are.
Jung as a safeguard, not a substitute.
Depth psychology is used to protect the path, not replace it.
Practice first.
Three practices build on one another over twelve weeks, so you develop depth rather than sampling.
Trauma-informed throughout.
Every practice is taught with attention to safety, pacing and the nervous system.
One teacher who holds both.
A psychotherapist and a longtime teacher of Tibetan Buddhism.
